Ok, so i've decided to wear a soft pinup for my prom. My dress is a red long satin halter dress. But im not sure if my pinup should be pinned up curls or just a sleek formal pinup. Im going for a real classic formal look. Pictures would be nice.

definitely the curls!!!! they'd be REALLY cute and would fit well with the classic look you want as long as you keep them neat and not messy. something like one of these would be really pretty in my opinion:
