Make Asian hair, straight but dry and thick, how can I get it soft, smooth, and slick?

My hair looks like this guy's hair in the picture. I shampoo and use conditioner and let my hair air dry, but it still comes out dry and kinda puffy. Is there any way I can make it cling to my scalp more and make it more soft, smooth, and slick, so it doesn't look like I'm growing a bush on my head? I hate my ugly Asian genes, gahh.

How can I get longer hair that looks like Tom Cruise when he had long here? Here's some reference pictures?

Will a hair iron help me out? Or an expensive hair straightening treatment (not sure how long those will last though)? I don't mind using hair products either, but just don't want my hair to feel greasy.

hmm maybe if you let it grow out all around.

get your hair wet and put olive oil all over it and the scalp then the next morning wash it out. that made my hair softer but it doesnt last extremely long.

hm you could try like spray or leave in condictioner..or like an anti-poof

pfft hes a celebrity most of the time

they have so much money they can spend tons on their hair.

o but if you do try the olive oil thing put a towel on ur pellow to keep it clean

hope that helped.

toodles ^_^

there's probably some stuff you can spray on before you blow dry your hair. I've always found my hair to become smoother when I blow dry it. maybe some leave-in conditioner?
