If you mean when you leave your hair down it makes you look short, the best thing for you wouldbe below shoulder length- not too short with lots of long layers that are texturized on the ends. It depends on your hair type too, if it's curly you may need a texture service to keep you hair in control. If your hair is straight-I'm just guessing if it's like asain hair straight-put a semi-permanent colour gloss close to your natural shade or get a few highlights around the front of your face- a few fine ones in a honey colour. Also try a side fringe to add style.
